Level 1 – 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your new Neritica rod blank you have paid for, during the first 30 days from the point of sale you may return it for any reason. We’ll refund your money – no questions asked.
Here’s what to do
- Pay for your rod blank to be returned to your authorized Neritica dealer.
- Include a note outlining why it is not what you expected, along with your name, address and contact details.
Level 2 – Old for New Replacement Guarantee
If you’re not registered as the original owner of the rod blank, or if it has accidently snapped on the way home from a fishing trip then Neritica’s Level 2 Plan is for you. This plan eliminates the uncertainty and allows you to get back out fishing with Neritica in no time.
Here’s what to do.
- Pay for your damaged rod blank to be returned to your authorized Neritica dealer.
- Include a note requesting our level 2 plan, along with $50 replacement fee for any similar Neritica rod blank.
- Clearly note your name, address and contact details for return delivery.
- A $25 handling fee will need to be paid prior to the delivery of your new Neritica rod blank. All handling fees to locations outside Australia will be charged in accordance to delivery location.
Level 3 – Manufacturers Warranty
Neritica rod blanks rods are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against non-conformities in workmanship and materials for the life of the original owner
Neritica will inspect the rod to determine if the breakage was due to workmanship or material non-conformance. For breakage determined to have occurred due to non-conformance, Neritica authorised dealers will at the companies’ discretion, replace the rod blank at no charge.
Here’s what to do
- Pay for your damaged rod blank in a disposable container along with a completed and printed copy of our warranty claim template found on our Neritica webpage. Send both the rod blank and the completed form to your authorised Neritica dealer.
- Include a note outlining what damage has occurred and how the damage to the rod blank happened.
Note
If you are returning your Neritica rod blank of which you have made a custom rod please remove any after market components that you wish to keep, as they will not be returned.
Do not use a rod shipping container that you would like returned.
